Shipping policy

Shipping options: We offer standard shipping within the United States. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping time: Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Shipping fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Tracking information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping delays: We do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time, but occasionally, shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or due to weather conditions.

Order changes: Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made to the shipping address or shipping method.

Returns: The customer is responsible for shipping fees when returning robes and dresses.
